Punkvism, the team behind Punky Kongz, announced on the 9th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea Mobile Game Association (KMGA) and global blockchain mainnet XPLA to jointly promote a Web3 game incubation program.

This agreement marks a significant first step toward establishing a practical and comprehensive collaborative framework across the blockchain gaming industry.

Punkvism, KMGA, and XPLA will combine their respective expertise to identify high-potential projects and provide end-to-end support from initial development to onboarding. XPLA will offer tailored strategic guidance for each initiative and ensure long-term collaboration beyond launch, aiming to drive sustainable success and growth within the Web3 ecosystem.

Earlier in March, KMGA and Punkvism launched a Web3 Game Acceleration Consortium to provide comprehensive development support, including publishing, strategic guidance, and consulting. With XPLA now onboard as an incubation partner, the partnership expands to include technical integration and seamless mainnet onboarding, reinforcing its commitment to accelerating next-generation Web3 game projects.

XPLA is a Layer 1 mainnet optimized for Web3 gaming and operates an ecosystem with global partners such as Google Cloud, Animoca Brands, and Yield Guild Games (YGG). It has onboarded several popular IP-based games, including Summoners War: Chronicles, The Walking Dead: All-Stars, and MiniGame Heaven, and is recognized for its stable infrastructure and extensive experience in live service integration.
